1. What We Collect

Contact information you provide: name and email address (collected before generating a report so we can follow up about it).
Business inputs you submit to the tool: e.g., company/team name, industry, team size, subscription lists, project notes, goals, and challenges.
Technical data: IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and standard server logs from our hosting provider.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, government ID, payment card numbers) and ask that you not submit it. The Service is not directed to children under 16.

2. How We Use It

To generate the report you requested, using third-party AI model providers that process your inputs on our behalf.
To respond to you about your report and, where permitted, to tell you about closely related services. You can opt out of emails at any time by replying or emailing us.
To operate, secure, rate-limit, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your inputs to train our own AI models.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Reports are generated by artificial intelligence. Your inputs are transmitted to our AI infrastructure provider (currently Anthropic, PBC) solely to generate your output, subject to their commercial data-use terms. Do not include confidential information you are not authorized to share.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service — hosting (Vercel), AI processing (Anthropic), email, lead-management, and payment processors (e.g., Stripe, which handles payment details directly; we never see your card number) — and where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Retention

Lead and report-related records are retained while relevant to our relationship with you, then deleted or anonymized. Server and application logs are retained per our hosting provider's standard schedule. You may request deletion at any time (Section 7).

6. Cookies & Analytics

The core tools operate without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If analytics are enabled on a page, they are used in aggregate to understand usage. Your browser's do-not-track and cookie controls apply.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email info@eworkconnections.org — we respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and server-side handling of API credentials. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. By using it, you consent to processing of your information in the U.S.
